College students search and explore different organizations during their internship to explore and gain experience. In the 2010 decade, doing an internship at a reputed IT organization was a complicated experience. That is not the case now. IT MNCs like Publicis Sapient are reaching out to colleges to recruit summer interns and offer other opportunities. One such opportunity is the “Be Brave” session, an informative webinar organized by PS especially for college students.

India to find its exact offices in Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon and Mumbai. As the

What is the “Be
Brave” event?
A friend’s cousin informed me about the “Be
Brave” webinar, especially curated by Publicis Sapient for college students. It
was an interesting concept for me as I never got such opportunities in my
college time. Students love the experience of interacting with corporates and
gaining insights. Engineering students or Management graduates, everyone loves
the idea of interacting with senior leadership of a corporate and increasing
their visibility. I was curious and attended the webinar myself on 4th Feb.,
2022. I am sharing some insights about it below:
- The
webinar started with a brief introduction of the speakers. It was a
collaborative event where one speaker was from PS while another was a
subject matter expert on the topic: “Inclusivity in the workplace”.
Publicis Sapient had partnered with GiftAbled (an NGO for disabled people
in Bangalore), and the speaker from NGO was a person with a disability
himself.
- The
speakers enlightened the students about disability types and inclusivity
in conversations. I also learned “Indian Sign Language” for single letters
in the session. It was a fun, informative and interactive session, where I
learned so much about unconscious biases in daily life.
Despite not being a fresher, I gained so much
from this session.
You can learn more about the work culture and the
organization on their official website or Publicis Sapient’s Glassdoor page.
Also, check out LinkedIn for an official post from PS company page. There
should be one!
