It was this last weekend when I was sitting back relaxed and wondering about the time I have spent in Sapient. Sapient Bangalore- the first MNC, which has offered me several opportunities for business and career growth. There’s a saying- “small opportunities are often the beginning of great achievements. That is true! You just need to open the door of small opportunities before it is too late.
I have been working with Sapient for more than three years now and I think I am eligible to give Sapient Global Markets Bangalore feedback. It was the year 2018 when I was working on a project, I got great learning while working on it and knowledge to an extent that I gained expertise in completing a particular task. There have been projects which required handling clients directly, that improved my inter-personal skills and because of great support from my manger and the team, I excelled in those projects as well.
A lot changes when you begin to do something and when it’s done. Gradually with time, my nervousness changed into confidence. The training and development sessions organized by Sapient also played a huge role in my career growth. With online trainings, presentations, and certification courses, Sapient has always pushed me to climb the ladder. The entire process of trainings is so addictive that once you are in that zone, you want to gain more and more knowledge. The best thing is that Sapient never puts an end to the learning cycle. Rather, it acts as a bridge to connect the employees with their career growth.
Most people who have been a part of Sapient at some point of their career would agree with all the positive Sapient Global Markets Bangalore reviews. It is a saying that, “If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later!” I truly believe in this saying. A lot of people miss out on the opportunities to learn either due to no provisions or lack of time but things are different in Sapient. I also believe that one who wishes to do or achieve something, finds a way to do it eventually and those who do not want to learn will always come up with excuses and problems, no matter how easy you make it for them. Therefore it is always more about YOU than the organization you’re with.
