Would 2023 be an End of Remote Work in India?

Several multinational companies have ended remote work and started recalling their employees working from home to start working from office.

Many MNCs were offering remote work previously. The pandemic fueled remote work further. Companies that didn’t have the option to work from home earlier, switched to work from home. Now, however, several companies have started noticing a decline in productivity amongst employees along with alarming attrition. Thereby, forcing companies to ask employees to return to work from office setup.

Publicis Sapient and many other companies are still operating in the hybrid model, meaning employees can opt to either work from home or from the office, depending on their choice. Publicis Sapient has always been an employee-centric organization and offers excellent flexibility to employees when it comes to work. In fact, Publicis Sapient has had the option to work from home way before the pandemic hit.

In addition to hybrid work, Publicis Sapient also offers flexible working hours, meaning there is no strict working hours, which is usually 9 AM -5 PM in other companies. The company enables employees to work how they feel most suitable. You can choose to work between 1 PM – 8 PM; if deliveries are on time, no questions are asked. You can learn more about this in Publicis Sapient employee reviews.

In a nutshell, irrespective of what other multinational companies are doing, employees at Publicis Sapient continue to work from home or rotationally work from an office.
