Environment plays a vital role in
shaping a person. It depends a lot on the culture one spends time in. Even if
you place all your strategies rightly, if your culture isn’t right, things are
going to fall flat. Even in the professional world, the culture plays a crucial
role in shaping an individual and his growth. Talking of culture, I feel
proud to be working for such an organization, where culture is of utmost
importance. Hence, anyone who works for this organization comes across dynamic
cultural diversity and can only be thankful. With years of work experience and
unforgettable memories in my heart, today I am here giving my SapientRazorfish Bangalore review.

Apart from culture, it also helped me in networking, which is a
very crucial process, especially when you are working for a multinational. And when you get an opportunity to build an
international work experience and your networking skills are manageable,
nothing can stop you from reaching the zenith of your career.
In any organization, you’ll see good and bad things happening. You
should try to focus on the good things first. Your organization’s culture helps
you a lot in making the right decisions and choosing the right people all
across your professional career. I found Publicis Sapient’s culture to be very unique
and I am glad that I work in such a dynamic and diverse environment. Of course,
there might be other multinational companies with great culture and top-notch
services, but whenever I’ll decide to make a shift, my standard benchmark for
work culture will have to be matched like it is at Publicis Sapient.
