Talking of culture, I feel proud to be working for such an organization, where culture is of utmost importance. Hence, anyone who works for this organization comes across dynamic cultural diversity and can only be thankful. With years of work experience and unforgettable memories in my heart, today I am here giving my SapientRazorfish Bangalore review.

Publicis Sapient has a vast and diverse work environment that enriches its culture. This has played a major role in making us learn a lot about other cultures and people. I recall the time when I was sent offshore on a project to Germany. Ofcourse, it was a business trip and a lot of my time was spent around work but knowing how to manage time well, I got some free time at hand which I decided to spend wisely. Exploring the beautiful cities and towns, meeting the Germans and trying to have conversations, I made a local friend too who took me to his place where I got a chance to witness the hospitality and true culture of Germans. Popularly known to be rigid and tough people, the Germans are very warm hosts and fun-loving people. I met my friend’s entire family and they all were too happy to meet someone from India. Very keen on learning about Indian culture, they asked me a lot of questions about my own country and how we live here. Despite the language barrier, It was a heartfelt conversation that lasted several hours over dinner and will never be forgotten. It was because of Publicis Sapient that I got to witness such an incredible culture and develop relations with them. As a result, I took up German Language classes upon my return to India.

Apart from culture, it also helped me in networking, which is a very crucial process, especially when you are working for a multinational.  And when you get an opportunity to build an international work experience and your networking skills are manageable, nothing can stop you from reaching the zenith of your career.
